Fallswood II Announces New Assessment Payment System

New Payment System Effective November 1, 2026
We are pleased to announce that Fallswood II's transition to DH Bader Management for financial and accounting services is moving forward!
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve community operations, we are introducing a new condominium assessment payment system beginning November 1, 2026.
Our Board remains responsible for managing Fallswood II, while DH Bader will provide financial and accounting support.
Below is everything residents need to know about making their November assessment payments.
1. New Online Payment Portal
DH Bader will introduce a new online payment portal where residents can:
- Register for their individual payment account.
- Make electronic assessment payments.
- Establish recurring automatic monthly payments.
- Access available account and payment information.
When will instructions arrive?
DH Bader expects to email registration and payment instructions to residents on or before October 26, 2026.
Please watch your email for instructions directly from DH Bader.
A convenient link to the payment portal will also be available here at www.fwtwo.com once activated.
2. Paying by Mail — New Address
Residents who prefer to pay by check may begin mailing their November assessment payments immediately to our new payment processing address:

Important: Please include your unit number on your check to ensure proper credit to your account.
The Board is reviewing the availability and cost of monthly statements and payment coupons. Residents paying by check may request a statement for the remainder of 2026.
3. Payments in Person
Residents may also make payments in person through DH Bader at the Cross Keys Clubhouse, lower level, effective immediately.
Please contact the Board if you need assistance with payment arrangements.
4. Cancel Your Previous Thornhill Automatic Payments
ACTION REQUIRED FOR RESIDENTS USING AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS
If you previously established automatic payments through Thornhill Management's AppFolio system, please make sure those payments have been canceled.
New recurring payments must be established through the DH Bader payment portal once registration instructions are available.
Residents using their bank's automatic bill-pay service should update the mailing address to the new DH Bader payment address listed above.
5. November Assessments and Late Fees
November condominium assessments are normally due November 1, 2026.
We recognize that changing payment systems may require additional time, particularly while residents register and establish new payment arrangements.
No late fees will be assessed as a result of this transition.
We encourage everyone to complete their new payment arrangements as soon as possible.

Trash and Recycling
Trash Pickup Tuesday Morning / Recycling Friday Morning in the recycle area. Please refrain from putting construction wood, metal in Recycle. Sisson St Recycle Area can be used Mon- Friday 9:00 to 4:00pm for large trash recycle items.

Over the decades, Fallswood II has become more than a collection of condominium homes. It is a neighborhood where generations of residents have contributed their time, ideas, and care to preserving the community and making it a welcoming place to live. Today, Fallswood II continues that tradition while looking toward the future. We are committed to maintaining our buildings and grounds, protecting the long-term interests of our owners, communicating openly, and encouraging neighbors to participate in the life of the community.
